The body portion comprises a first main body part(120), a second body portion(140), and a projection reception portion. The projection reception portion detachably connects with the sealing needle assembly of the second body portion. The sealing needle assembly comprises a cartridge and a projection.본 발명은 한 쌍의 봉합침 및 이를 상호 연결하는 봉합사로 이루어진 단위체가 수용된 봉합침 조립체를 결합하여 봉합침을 순차적으로 방출시킴으로써, 시술의 난이도를 감소시킴과 함께 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있는 수술용 봉합장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수술용 봉합장치는 몸체부와, 몸체부의 일측에 장착되며 한 쌍의 봉합침 및 한 쌍의 봉합침를 상호 연결하는 봉합사로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 단위체가 수용되는 봉합침 조립체와, 몸체부의 타측에 배치되며 봉합침에 가압력을 제공하여 봉합침을 봉합침 조립체로부터 외부로 방출시키는 니들 푸시부(needle push part)와, 니들 푸시부와 연결되고 한 쌍의 봉합침이 순차적으로 방출되도록 한 쌍의 봉합침에 대해 선택적으로 니들 푸시부에 의해 제공되는 가압력의 제공위치를 조절시키는 푸시 조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
