A regional sustainable crop production system includes four steps: preparing materials, fermenting, planting and recycling. The first step is to transport biodegradable wastes to production area for subsequent use. The second step is to place the biodegradable wastes in a sealed chamber to let it ferment thoroughly to become a cultivation mix. The third step is to place the cultivation mix in a container free of drainage holes at bottom and then to sow seeds or seedlings in the cultivation mix so that seeds or seedlings may germinate and grow up gradually in the above mentioned container. The fourth step is to harvest the grown-up crop and to collect the remained cultivation mix after the harvest and let the collected cultivation mix ferment once again for reuse.
