The present invention relates to a tree transplanting device for an excavator including: a main frame (10) coupled with a lower end portion of a cylinder assembly of a breaker for an excavator installed at an excavator arm； a fixed frame (20) integrally formed on one front side of a hinge portion (103) of the main frame (10)； an opening and closing frame (30) disposed to be capable of rotating in the hinge portion (103) on the other front side of the hinge portion (103) of the main frame (10) to be symmetrical to the fixed frame (20)； a first cylinder (40) opening and closing the opening and closing frame (30)； a second cylinder (50) disposed in each of the fixed frame (20) and the opening and closing frame (30)； and a digging blade (60) opened and closed by the second cylinder (50). According to the present invention, a tree can be quickly dug with a predetermined amount of soil attached to a tree root. In addition, the tree can be transported and transplanted immediately in the dug state.
