PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance diagnostic apparatus in which setting of data collection conditions such as a collection region of MR signals can be facilitated compared to the conventional setting.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance diagnostic apparatus capable of executing generation of image data of a subject by magnetic resonance imaging, includes: an extraction part for extracting a specified tissue region from image data of the subject generated by magnetic resonance imaging a display part for displaying the specified tissue region an input part for receiving an input for setting the range of data collection region 118b and an input restriction part for restricting an input to the input part in order to prevent a region obtained by extending the outer edge of the data collection region from overlapping with the specified tissue region or notifying the user of overlapping of the region obtained by extending the outer edge of the data collection region with the specified tissue region in such a case, on the basis of a positional relation between the data collection region and the specified tissue region after setting the region obtained by extending the outer edge of the data collection region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
