The invention relates to medical technology, and specifically to apparatuses for support and movement disorders. An apparatus contains a left hand support and a right hand support, a lower-limb exoskeleton containing a pelvic link, and left and right foot supports, each of which contains a hip link, an ankle link and a lower link in the form of a foot, wherein the pelvic/hip-, knee- and ankle- connections are hinge joints and are intended for interconnecting the corresponding adjacent links of the apparatus. The hinged pelvic/hip- and knee-joints allow the corresponding links to rotate in the sagittal plane, and each of the hinged ankle-joints is capable of rotating the foot around three axes. The apparatus is equipped with a safety cushion control unit, an obstacle profile determination system and a support surface located in the sagittal plane in the line of motion of the apparatus. The hand supports and the lower-limb exoskeleton are affixed to corresponding parts of the users body with the help of fastening elements. The apparatus is equipped with an apparatus control unit intended for collecting measured signals and forming control signals for performing a movement selected by the user from a set of predetermined actions.
