PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lotion which has a good foamability, has high stability and safety, and is filled in a container comprising a foam-discharging mechanism.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lotion filled in a foam-discharging container of non-aerosol type, the lotion containing hydrophilic polyglycerol alkyl ether as a foaming agent. For the alkyl part of the hydrophilic polyglycerol alkyl ether, an alkyl group, alkenyl group, and hydroxyalkyl group with a straight or branched chain, preferably with a carbon number of 8-24, can be used. As the hydrophilic polyglycerol alkyl ether, polyglycerol monoalkyl ether is preferable, and particularly, tetra glyceryl lauryl ether or decaglyceryl lauryl ether is preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: None
