The present invention relates to a method for extracting sprout fermentation extracts using acidic ionized water and a cosmetic composition including the extracts obtained thereby more specifically, to a cosmetic composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, sprout fermentation extracts including Medicago sativa (alfalfa), Trifolium pratense (clover) and Brassica campestris (rapeseed), fermented using acidic ionized water.
