PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-absorbing cooling paster sheet that can absorb a body fluid discharged from a body and has a satisfactory sense of use.SOLUTION: The water-absorbing cooling paster sheet includes a bag body 10 having body fluid permeability and an adhesive layer 6 to be pasted on the body. Ammonium nitrate and sugar are sealed as a cooling composition in the bag body 10 and the body fluid discharged from the body is absorbed so that a body part to be pasted on is cooled. The cooling composition includes the ammonium nitrate of 50-70 wt.% and the sugar of 20-40 wt.%.본 발명은 신체에서 배출된 체액을 흡수시키는 것이 가능하며 사용감이 양호한 흡수성 냉각부착시트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 흡수성 냉각부착시트는 체액투과성이 있는 봉투와 신체에 부착시키기 위한 점착층을 구비하고, 봉투에 냉각용 조성물로 질산암모늄과 당이 봉입되고 신체에서 배출된 체액을 흡수함으로써 신체의 부착부위를 냉각한다.
