PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic which has high cleansing effect, is excellent in washout property and a feeling after washing out, is excellent in storage stability, and has a bicontinuous microemulsion structure.SOLUTION: The invention provides a cleansing cosmetic which comprises (A) liquid oil, (B) monovalent or polyhydric alcohol, (C) polyoxyethylene butylene glycol fatty acid ester represented by the following formula (I) (where, at least one of R1 and R2 is a saturated or unsaturated alkyl carbonyl group or alkenyl carbonyl group of carbon number 8-22, the other represents a hydrogen atom, each of a and b is an integer of 1 or more, in the range of a+b=2-30), and (D) water.
