PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing fixing tapes preventing easy breaking, bending or the like of the fixing tape in a manufacture process, wherein the fixing tape allows even one type disposable diaper to be suitably used by persons of various physiques and to provide a method of manufacturing the disposal diaper having the same fixing tape.
SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the fixing tapes includes: a sticking step of sticking a male-side engagement piece raw material narrow belt body 113 to a substantially central position in the width direction of a base raw material sheet 112 a meander cutting step of cutting the base raw material sheet 112 at a cutting plane line 101 meandering across the male-side engagement piece raw material narrow belt body 113 a folding step of folding the base raw material sheet 112 with the male-side engagement piece 13 turned inward an easy-to-cut line formation step of alternately forming easy-to-cut lines 15 on the base raw material sheet 112 between the male-side engagement piece 13 and an individual cutting step of cutting the base raw material sheet 112 in the width direction between the male-side engagement piece 13 non-formed with the easy-to-cut lines 15 to provide individual fixing tapes 11.
