The cuff extends from the ulnar-side end of the body in the circumferential direction of the wrist (90) to the palmar side (90p), and is set to a length such that the cuff covers the ulnar artery (92) of a wrist (90max) having a preset maximal wrist circumference, or a length (21s–21e) such that the cuff extends past the ulnar artery (92) to cover the radial artery (91). A fluid is supplied from the pump to the cuff to compress the wrist.
