The present invention relates to the combination of lysobactin with an aminoglycoside antibiotic for use in the treatment of diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in non-human animals. The invention proved to be particularly useful relating to the treatment of mastitis in non-human animals.
