The invention relates to a potting structure, comprising at least one pot body. The pot body comprises an inner surface layer forming a recessed accommodation region, an outer surface layer supporting the inner surface layer, a hollow space section sandwiched between the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer, a water permeation hole connecting between the accommodation region and the space section, a water drain port extending from the accommodation region to the outside of a circumference of the pot body, a gas inlet hole connecting the space section with the outside of the circumference of the pot body, and a water injection port connecting the space section with the outside of the circumference of the pot body. A gas flow passage is formed between the gas inlet hole and a hollow guiding body in such a way that an end of the gas flow passage is in a non-closed open condition, whereby soil is prohibited from immigrating into the space section by the separation function of the guiding body, thus enabling the space section to communicate with the outside air without hindrance.
