The X-ray detector includes a housing； a panel positioned inside the housing, and configured to detect an X-ray and convert the detected X-ray into an electrical signal； a controller configured to generate an X-ray image using the electrical signal； and an integrated module including a wireless charging module for wirelessly receiving power from a wireless power transmitter and a Near Field Communication (NFC) module for performing NFC with an external electronic device.
