The present invention relates to a harrow plate of a harrow for a tractor and, more specifically, to a harrow plate with a novel structure, capable of facilitating the harrowing (flattening) of a rice field, burying of foreign materials including straws and the like, and crushing of soil, by providing blades in a lower portion of the harrow plate. To this end, the harrow plate of the present invention comprises: a central plate connected to a rotary by a harrow frame and an elevation cylinder and an external plate installed on left and right sides of the central plate, wherein the central plate and the external plate are composed of a support frame and harrow elements coupled to a rear end of the support frame. Here, a plurality of blades are installed at predetermined intervals in front and back directions on lower surfaces of the central plate and the external plate such that the blades are coupled to the support frame and the harrow elements. The support frame is provided vertically with respect to the support frame, and the front end of the support frame protrudes forward.
