The first step is to wash brown rice. The second step is to dip the washed brown rice in to water which is pH 6.8-7.1 and 28-32>= in a room where a germicidal lamp is on and humidity is 55-65%. The third step is to germinate the dipped brown rice. The fourth step is to water the brown rice repeatedly in the germinating step. The fifth step is to dry the brown rice after a bud of brown rice is grown to 2-3mm tall. The sixth step is to dip the germinated brown rice to water which is pH 6.8-7.1 and28-32>= in a sterile room where a germicidal lamp is on and humidity is 60-75%. The eight step is to grow the bud of brown rice to 30-70mm tall.
