Disclosed is a power train for a stopping device of a rice-planting machine. According to the present invention, the power train outputs power from an electric shaft transmitting the power, which is outputted by a transmission unit in front of a vehicle main body of the rice-planting machine in which a planting unit is attached to the rear of the vehicle main body to be able to ascend and descend, to a rear axle case. The power train for the stopping device of the rice-planting machine transmits the outputted power to the stopping device flattening the surface of the planting unit. An input shaft is installed in the upper part of a case of the power train to be able to rotate, wherein the case of the power train forms the appearance of the power train. An output shaft outputting the power from the input shaft to operate the stopping device is installed in the lower part of the case of the power train to be parallel to the input shaft.
