PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy removal of a forceps plug from a forceps port ferrule.SOLUTION: The ferrule is formed with a flange 25. A forceps plug 21 comprises: a fixing member 28 engaging with the flange 25 and a plug body 29 holding the fixing member 28 while it is stored inside. The fixing member 28 comprises a separatable first piece 28a and second piece 28b. The plug body 29 is formed with a fixing member storage hole storing the fixing member 28 while it is united. The plug body 29 is formed with a fixing member holding part 42 holding the fixing member 28 while it is stored in the fixing member storage hole. The fixing member holding part 42 comprises: an annular abutment part 43 abutting on the fixing member 28 and connection parts 44 connecting the periphery of the annular abutment part 43 and an opening peripheral part of the fixing member storage hole.
