PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition of a non-aqueous liquid form, containing specific oil and a surfactant is provided to remarkably enhance solubility and elution rate of revaprazan and to have superior stability without phase separation.CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of a non-aqueous liquid form for oral administration contains: revaprazan or a salt thereof oil selected among glyceryl monolinoleate, glyceryl monooleate, propylene glycol monocaprylate, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, caprylocaproyl polyoxylglycerides, oleoyl polyoxylglycerides, and linoleoyl polyoxylglycerides and a surfactant. The surfactant is selected among sugar fatty acid ester, alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate, and polyethylene glycol-15-hydroxystearate.
