PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable notification to be performed to medical workers each carrying a portable terminal even if all the portable terminals carried by medical workers are in a call rejection mode.SOLUTION: A nurse call master machine 10 determines an order of calling in portable terminals 50 by operating a call rejection mode setting operation part 54 operated when a medical worker likes to concentrate on work such as nursing care and operating a priority setting operation part for setting priority of a content of the nursing work in three steps. When calling is performed by operation of a calling operation part 3 of a nurse call slave machine 1, a portable terminal 50 in which a call rejection mode is not set is called first, a potable terminal 50 in which the priority of the call rejection mode is set to be low is next called, a portable terminal 50 in which the priority of the call rejection mode is set to be medium is called, and a portable terminal 50 in which the priority of the call rejection mode is set to be high is lastly called.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
