The present invention provides a preparation method of a customized bone graft for 3D printing, and the customized bone graft for 3D printing prepared by the same. The preparation method of a customized bone graft for 3D printing includes a step of grinding heterogeneous bones to prepare HA (hydroxyapatite) nanoparticles, wherein the heterogeneous bones are selected from the group consisting of cow bones, bird bones, horse bones, and pig bones.본 발명은 3D 프린팅 맞춤형 골지지체의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 3D 프린팅 맞춤형 골지지체를 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 3D 프린팅 맞춤형 골지지체는 생체적합성 및 세포부착능이 우수하며, 골견손부에 이식하였을 경우, 뛰어난 골형성능력을 나타낸다.
