The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one liposome and a therapeutic agent for treating an auto-immune disease with a high therapeutic agent to lipid ratio and a high encapsulation efficiency. The pharmaceutical composition improves the pharmacokinetic profile and sustains the release of the therapeutic agent. Also provided is the method for treating an auto-immune disease using the pharmaceutical composition disclosed herein.La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant au moins un liposome et un agent thérapeutique pour traiter une maladie auto-immune avec un rapport agent thérapeutique/lipide élevé et une haute efficacité d'encapsulation.
