The present invention relates to a mosquito controlling system in a sewage pipeline by thermal pressurization, the system comprising: a compressor； a drug tank； a drug spraying device； and a controller. The compressor supplies hot air at constant pressure. The drug tank is connected to the compressor and includes a drug. The drug spraying device is connected to the drug tank, is substantially disposed in the sewage pipeline, and sprays an ultra-fine state of the drug toward an inside of the sewage pipeline. After heating the drug in the drug tank by supplying the hot air generated in the compressor to the drug tank during an operation, the hot air is sprayed toward the inside of the sewage pipeline through the drug spraying device. The controller controls operations of the compressor, the drug tank, and the drug spraying device to spray the sprayed drug as a steam smoke state of ultra-fine particles by predetermined pressure.
