The composition is free of a non-botanical lathering agent and may include a botanical agent, a conditioning agent, a skin soothing agent, an antioxidant, an emulsifying agent, a chelating agent, and a preservative. The composition may be a skin cleansing composition free of a non-botanical lathering agent. The composition may be applied to the skin. The composition may be rinsed from the skin after it has remained on the skin for a period of time.
