PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a timing of the falling of a material of bits of fried batter from a screen, in a production of the bits of fried batter which produces the bits of fried batter by making fall the material of the bits of fried batter on the screen through a plurality of holes formed through the screen, to an oil tank located below the screen.SOLUTION: A material 2 of bits of fried batter is supplied onto a screen 10 where a plurality of holes 11 are formed. A squeegee 31 sweeps and sends the material 2 of the bits of fried batter supplied on the screen 10 while moving the material 2.
