A process of making jute ice cream comprising the steps of gathering fresh jute leaves cleaning the leaves thoroughly with clean water steaming for 5 minutes blending measuring the ingredients such as blended jute leaves, vanilla, coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, salt, cornstarch and powdered milk mixing the dry ingredients such as sugar, salt, cornstarch and powdered milk and liquid ingredients such as blended jute leaves, vanilla, coconut milk, evaporated milk in a bowl boiling the mixture for about 15 minutes and continuously stirring adding the blended jute leaves into the boiling mixture with continuous stirring cooking the mixture until done cooling the mixture for about 15 to 20 minutes and beat until foamy refrigerating the mixture about 1 hour beating the mixture again until it thickens filling and packaging the cooked ice cream into a container and covering and freezing the said filled ice cream to harden.
