An apparatus and method for reprocessing a medical device includes adecontamination basin, afirst flush conduit, a second flush conduit, and a manifold. The first andsecond flush conduitshave respective first and second coupling ports configured to fluidly connectto the medicaldevice positioned within the decontamination basin. The manifold is fluidlyconnected to thefirst and second flush conduits and configured to distribute the fluidreceived thereinaccordingly. The apparatus also includes a first valve, a second valve, and aprimary pumpconfigured to discharge the fluid into the manifold at a predetermined supplyflow rate. The firstand second valve are positioned respectively in the first and second flushconduits for balancingthe respective flow rates discharged therefrom at a first predeterminedconduit flow rate and asecond predetermined conduit flow rate.
