The present invention relates to a composition for inducing myocardial differentiation of stem cells, comprising ursinoic acid derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as active ingredients, and uses thereof. The composition for inducing stem cell differentiation according to the present invention can induce differentiation of stem cells into functional myocardial cells more economically and efficiently than conventionally-known differentiation methods.
