PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic appliance of a mouthpiece type, usable from a deciduous dentition period to a mixed dentition period and a permanent dentition period while requiring no dental impression, and capable of solving or reducing various types of abnormal occlusion.SOLUTION: An orthodontic appliance is composed of a base 1 having a U-shape in a plane view, and put between tooth rows 61 and 71 of the upper jaw 6 and the lower jaw 7, an expansion peripheral wall 2 projecting upward and downward from the outer peripheral edge of the base 1 and contacting the upper lip 62, the lower lip 72, and the cheek 9 from the inside, and an alignment peripheral wall 3 projecting upward and downward from the inner peripheral edge of the base 1 and contacting the tooth rows 61 and 71 of the upper jaw 6 and the lower jaw 7 from the inside.
