PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition device capable of acquiring accurate biological information by avoiding the influence of temperature independence of a biogenic substance without separately providing temperature measurement means.SOLUTION: A biological information acquisition device 1 includes a light source for irradiating light to a living body F, a photodetector for receiving light from the living body, and a calculation part 74, 76 for calculating biological information on the basis of a detection result of the photodetector.
