PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music information update device that can set or update information enabling a user to select music according to the state of mind and body of the user.SOLUTION: A biological information acquisition and connection management module 13 acquires a users heart rate, and a drowsiness degree calculation part of an information management module 15 calculates the users degree of drowsiness. A music selection part selects a music to combat drowsiness from a music information DB 24 that stores music information and awakening information in association with each other in a server 2. An on-vehicle unit connection management module 14 outputs the selected music information to an on-vehicle unit 3, and the on-vehicle unit 3 reproduces a music according to the music information.
