PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock nipple pack that has a good uniformity (dispersibility) of each component, high film-forming ability, good adhesion to nipples of livestock and little dry (water separation) deformation, when a curing material paste is kneaded with a base material paste in use, in the nipple pack for use in preventing nipples of livestock, mainly dairy cattle during a non-milking period from mastitis.SOLUTION: A livestock nipple pack is characterized by comprising (A) (a) alginate, and (b) a base material paste containing water as a main component, and (B) (c) a calcium sulfate with an average particle diameter of 5-50 μm, and (d) a hydrophilic solvent, and preferably, a curing material paste containing alcohol as a main component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】家畜の、主として非搾乳期の乳牛の乳頭を乳房炎などから予防する為に使用される乳頭パックにおいて、使用時、硬化材ペーストと、基材ペーストとを混練した際に、各成分の均一性(分散性)が良好であり、高い皮膜形成力、家畜の乳頭に対する良好な密着性、乾燥(離水)による変形が少ない家畜用乳頭パックを提供する。【解決手段】(A)(a)アルギン酸塩、及び(b)水を主成分とする基材ペーストと、(B)(c)平均粒子径が5~50 μmである硫酸カルシウム、及び(d)親水性溶剤、好適にはアルコール類を主成分とする硬化材ペーストから成ることを特徴とする家畜用乳頭パック。【選択図】 なし
