PURPOSE: A hydrophyte cultivation system and a cultivation method are provided to easily harvest hydrophyte such as lotus and to solve the inconvenience when repeatedly cultivating hydrophyte. CONSTITUTION: A culturing part(110) has a space(111) which is filled with soil and water in order to culture hydrophyte, and is equipped with an exit(112) for discharging soil and water in one side. A collection storage(120) is connected to the exit, and has a space for soil and water flowed-in from the culturing part. An opening/closing part is prepared at the exit in order to control the movement of soil and water through the exit. A pumping transport unit(140) transfers soil and water from the collection storage to the culturing part. The culturing part is composed of a conduit, of which the outside is supported by reinforcement parts, or multiple conduits connected each other. A first discharging part(132) is prepared in the lower side of the exit to discharge soil. A second discharging part(133) is prepared in the upper side of the first discharging part to discharge water. A third discharging part(134) is prepared in the upper side of the second discharging part to control the water level. The first through third valves(135,136,137) are installed to open/close the first through third discharging parts respectively. The pumping transport unit transfers the water stored in the collection storage through a hose(141) to the culturing part.본 발명은 수생식물을 재배하는 시스템으로서, 수생식물을 재배하기 위하여 흙과 물이 채워지는 공간을 가지고, 공간의 일측에 흙과 물의 배출을 위한 출구가 마련되는 재배부와, 출구에 연결되도록 마련되고, 재배부로부터 흙과 물이 유입되기 위한 공간을 가지는 회수저장부와, 출구를 통한 흙과 물의 이동을 개폐시키도록 출구에 마련되는 개폐부와, 회수저장부로부터 재배부에 흙과 함께 물을 이송시키도록 설치되는 펌핑이송부를 포함하도록 한 수생식물 재배 시스템 및 이를 이용한 수생식물 재배 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 연꽃을 비롯한 수생식물의 수확시, 흙으로부터 수생식물을 쉽게 분리시켜서 수생식물의 수확을 용이하도록 하고, 수생식물을 반복해서 재배하는데 따른 불편함을 해소하도록 한다.
