PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for a stem board of garlic, a drill bit and a holder that are superior in work efficiency.SOLUTION: A processing device 10 of a stem board of garlic G includes a drill bit 30, a drive unit 20 for rotating the drill bit 30, and a holder 40 capable of directing and holding the side of the stem board of the garlic G in the direction of the drill bit 30.
