PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal ring handle in which an angle of the ring lever support shaft direction of a ring part for performing the opening/closing operation of the jaw of forceps and a position of an inner ring to hang fingers come in contact with operators hands and fingers at an optimal position.SOLUTION: A universal ring handle has a fixing member 2, a lever fixed shaft 3, a ring lever 4, a ring part 5 and an inner ring 6. An inside spherical surface of the ring part 5 is brought into spherical surface contact with an outer spherical surface of the inner ring 6, and the inner ring 6 can be made to freely slide. Also, an angular positioning tube and an elastic member fixed shaft 8 are arranged to the ring lever 4, and thereby an angular positioning tube 7 can be engaged with the elastic member 9. The engagement between the angular positioning tube 7 and the elastic member 9 is disengaged by pulling a ring part 5, the ring part 5 is pivoted and turned in any direction of the left and right in the support shaft direction, several phases of turning angles can temporarily be supported in any turning position by a ring angle fixed shaft 10, and thereby operators hands and fingers can be brought into contact at an optimal position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】鉗子のジョウの開閉操作を行うリング部のリングレバー支軸方向の角度や、指を掛ける内輪の位置が、術者の手及び指に最適な位置で接触する自在リングハンドルを提供する。【解決手段】固定部材2と、レバー固定軸3と、リングレバー4と、リング部5と、内輪6と、を有する自在リングハンドルにおいて、リング部5の内側球面と内輪6の外側球面と、を球面接触させ、内輪6を自在滑動することが可能である。また、リングレバー4に角度位置決め筒及び伸縮部材固定軸8を配設することにより、角度位置決め筒7と伸縮部材9を係合することができる。リング部5を引くことにより、角度位置決め筒7と伸縮部材9との係合を離脱させ、リング部5を支軸方向左右どちらの方向でも枢着回動させ、リング部角度固定軸10により数段階の回動角を任意の回動位置で一時保持が可能であり、術者の手及び指が最適な位置で接触することができる。【選択図】図2
