The level of free circulating mtDNA of blood is determined in the first day of the disease; a fragment of the 16S rRNA gene is amplified by the direct primer 5'-CAGCCGCTATTAAAGGTTCG-3' and the reverse primer 5'-GGGCTCTGCCATCTTAACAA-3; at a level of less than 900 copies/ml, a favourable outcome is predicted, and at a level of more than 1800 copies/m, a high risk of adverse outcome is predicted.EFFECT: method provides an objective possibility of an early prediction of the acute myocardial ischemia course outcome for preventive taking of intensive preventive or therapeutic measures.2 ex
