PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for corneal surgery and a corneal surgical apparatus capable of easily preparing a corneal epithelium flap without using a medicine and processing by the blade edge tip more easily.
SOLUTION: This corneal surgical apparatus is equipped with a pressing means for pressing a cornea nearly flatly, a blade for incising and separating the pressed corneal epithelium pressed by the pressing means in the state of the flap, and a moving mechanism for moving the blade forward during horizontally vibrating the blade by a driving source. The angle &alpha formed by a first and second blade edge surfaces forming the blade edge part of the blade is 60° or more and less than 140°, and the rear height H of the first and second blade edge surfaces is 3 &mum or higher.
