The present invention relates to a method of treating cancer by administering an EZH2 inhibitor or a pharmaceutical composition thereof to a subject in need thereof. The claims of the present invention define a method for treating a specific subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, comprising administering an EZH2 inhibitor to the subject. Preferred EZH2 inhibitors include thymetastat (EPZ-6438 E7438) and other compounds.
