PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable film which suppresses excessive temperature rise of a heating temperature of a heating tool and the like, and can insulate the temperature for a long time.SOLUTION: A permeable film is a resin film containing a polyolefin resin, an inorganic filler and a temperature-sensitive polymer, and has a ratio (TH/TL) of air permeability (TH) at 60°C to air permeability (TL) at 20°C of 1.10 or more. The temperature-sensitive polymer is preferably a polymer having a melting point of 40-60°C.
