PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-motion determination device capable of detecting precisely whether a sensor mounted on a human body is normal or abnormal, and an electro-stimulator having the body-motion determination device.SOLUTION: A body-motion determination device comprises a first detection part SL and a second detection part SR having sensors SL1 and SL2, and SR1 and SR2, and a discrimination part for discriminating the motion state of the human body. The sensors SL1 and SL2, and SR1 and SR2 are mounted at positions symmetric with respect to a median plane O that is a plane as the center of the symmetric motions of the human body.
