The fish-collecting material holder 1 includes a mounting part 2 for mounting in a fishing device, a rod part 3 extended from the mounting part 2, and having at least a portion for penetrating through and holding the solid fish-collecting material B, and a detachment prevention part 4 provided at an extension end of the rod part 3 and for preventing the detachment of the solid fish-collecting material B.
