PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter eliminating such a case that a low-versatility battery pack is used because of being large-scale and expensive.SOLUTION: A bush cutter 10 includes: a support rod 11； a front-end housing 21 fixed to a front end of the support rod 11； a rotary blade 25 attached to a rotary shaft 24 rotatably supported by the front-end housing 21； a rear-end housing 31 fixed to a rear end of the support rod 11； an electric motor 22 for rotating the rotary blade 25； and a power supply 40 for supplying power to the electric motor 22.
