A composition suitable for improving seed quality in a plant comprising: (i) a compound selected from an auxin, an auxin precursor, an auxin metabolite or a derivative of said auxin, auxin precursor or auxin metabolite (ii) acetaminophen or a derivative thereof and further comprising at least one compound selected from (iiϊ) to (v) wherein: (iii) is a cytokinin, (iv) is another agrochemically acceptable additive, and (v) is a thiosulphate.Linvention concerne une composition servant à améliorer la qualité des graines dans une plante, contenant (i) un composé choisi parmi une auxine, un précurseur dauxine, un métabolite dauxine ou un dérivé de lauxine, du précurseur dauxine ou du métabolite dauxine (ii) du paracétamol ou un de ses dérivés et au moins un composé choisi parmi les composés (iii) à (V), (iii) étant une cytokine, (iv) étant un autre additif agrochimiquement acceptable et (v) étant un thiosulphate.
