PURPOSE: A method for extracting Lespedeza bicolor ingredients is provided to obtain Lespedeza bicolor extract with high antioxidation and anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting Lespedeza bicolor ingredients comprises: a step of mixing dried Lespedeza bicolor with 70% methanol and concentrating to prepare methanol extract(ME)； a step of adding chloroform to the ME and fractioning to prepare chloroform extract(CE)； and a step of adding ethyl acetate and fractioning.본 발명은 항산화, 항염증 및 미백 효과를 갖는 싸리나무 추출물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 다단계 추출법을 이용하여 항산화 및 항염증 효과가 가장 좋은 추출물을 고농도로 획득하는 방법 및 그 추출물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 추출방법은 70% 메탄올(methanol), 클로로포름(chloroform), 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate) 등을 순차적으로 이용하여 목적하는 싸리나무의 추출물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 한다.
