FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: described in the application are a system and method for manufacture of a product with filling. The system for manufacture of a product with filling contains a matrix with a central channel and an external feeding channel, at least one flow regulator connected to the central channel and ensuring periodical flow in the central channel, at least one cutting tool movement whereof is synchronised with the flow regulator operating position. In the method for cutting products with filling one delivers an external layer into the matrix with periodical delivery of a central layer into the matrix, combination of the central and the external layers and the discharged product cutting with the cutting tool.EFFECT: system allows to cut the product without damaging the central layer containing filling.28 cl, 8 dwgВ заявке описаны система и способ изготовления изделия с начинкой.
