The present invention relates to a wireless stethoscope system and, more specifically, to a patch-type wireless stethoscope system comprising: a transmitter which is to be attached to the skin of a patient so as to collect auscultation sounds within the human body, such as heart sounds and breath sounds and a receiver which can receive and output a stethoscope signal transmitted from the transmitter. The patch-type wireless stethoscope system can be easily attached to the skin of the patient, thereby allowing a doctor to listen to auscultation sounds during surgery without using an esophageal stethoscope, and also can collect auscultation sounds in various body parts of the patient by attaching a plurality of transmitters. The receiver comprises a connection part which is coupled with the head of an existing stethoscope so that the doctor can listen to auscultation sounds by attaching the receiver to the existing stethoscope, thereby allowing the doctor to continuously listen to the auscultation sounds of the patient even in situations where the doctor freely moves away from the patient.La présente invention concerne un système de stéthoscope sans fil et, plus spécifiquement, un système de stéthoscope sans fil de type patch comprenant : un émetteur qui est destiné à être fixé à la peau dun patient de manière à collecter des sons dauscultation à lintérieur du corps humain, tels quun son cardiaque et un son respiratoire et un récepteur qui peut recevoir une sortie dun signal de stéthoscope transmis par lémetteur.
