PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus capable of operating according to intention of a user conscious of energy saving.SOLUTION: The mist sauna apparatus includes, on a controller R, an eco-operation switch for receiving an eco-operation command as an operation command of operating under an eco-operation state. When receiving the eco-operation command, the mist sauna apparatus commands a warm water supply device 2 to supply warm water at a second temperature lower than a first temperature, and is configured to operate under the eco-operation state using the supplied warm water for operations of an inside air circulation mechanism A and a mist spray mechanism M. A threshold temperature for determining inside air circulation start timing and a threshold temperature for determining mist spray start timing are differentiated between a normal operation state and the eco-operation state.
