The needle plate stamp comprises: a viscoelastic coupler which is detachably connected to a front end opening of the vial, and has a vial connection chamber formed therein; a stamp cover which includes a coupler connection part that is connected to the viscoelastic coupler, and a needle tip guide part that communicates with the coupler connection part from in front of the coupler connection part, the stamp cover having a drug delivery chamber formed therein; a needle tip which includes a tip cap that slides in a straight line along the needle tip guide part, and a plurality of non-rotational needle plates that are disposed inside the tip cap, wherein a plurality of needles capable of contacting the external skin are formed in front of the non-rotational needle plates, and a plurality of rear protrusions accommodated in the drug delivery chamber are formed behind the non-rotational needle plates; and a drug delivery mechanism which blocks a path between the vial connection chamber and the drug delivery chamber when the needle tip is in the forward state, and opens a drug delivery path between the vial connection chamber and the drug delivery chamber when the needle tip is retracted.Selon un aspect de la présente invention, l'invention concerne un tampon à plaque d'aiguille qui est utilisé en étant couplé à un flacon pour recevoir un médicament liquide.
