The present invention includes a rope connecting apparatus for allowing a rope of a part with a load to be damaged and allowing the rest of the rope not to be damaged if the rope is momentarily and strongly loaded by an external force like the rope is caught by fishing gear of a fishing boat on the ocean where the rope for a seedbank is installed. The rope connecting apparatus comprises: a fixing portion for installing the rope by cutting two or five meters, and where one side is connected to the sea floor； and a floating body for maintaining the other side in a straight line of the side floated on the surface of the sea.본 발명은 씨드뱅크용 포자줄이 설치된 바다 위를 지나는 어선의 어구에 포자줄이 걸리는 경우와 같이 포자줄이 외력에 의해 순간적으로 강한 부하가 걸리는 경우 부하가 걸린 부위의 포자줄만이 손상되고 그 외 포자줄은 손상되지 않도록 하는 포자줄 연결장치를 포함한 것으로, 상기 포자줄 연결장치는 포자줄을 2 내지 5미터씩 끊어 설치하고 일측은 해저 바닥과 연결되는 고정부와 상기 일측과 일직선 방향의 타측은 해수면에서 떠 있는 상태를 유지토록 하는 부유체를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
