PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat and oil decomposing enzyme drug that generates less free fatty acid and odor even if dispersed in a fat and oil.SOLUTION: The coated enzyme drug is made by coating an enzyme with a water dispersible film forming material. The enzyme is a glycolipid decomposing enzyme. By coating the glycolipid decomposing enzyme with a water dispersible film forming material as a fat decomposing enzyme, the enzyme drug generates less free fatty acid, which is generated by decomposing a fat, and less odor even if dispersed in the fat.
